That’s why we make it a priority to routinely check in with them to ensure their satisfaction. As an ISO 9001: 2015 registered company since 1998, it is also a requirement to maintain our certification. We’re thrilled with the results of a recent survey. **Overall Satisfaction ** When asked about overall satisfaction, on a scale of 1–5, with 5 as the highest rating, over **78% rated 5 out of 5 “Very Satisfied”.** The remaining respondents, over 22%, gave a 4 out of 5  “Satisfied” rating. **Customer Service** As quality customer service is always a top priority at Grand River Rubber, we’re excited that on a scale of 1–5, with 5 as the highest rating, over **86% rated 5 out of 5 “Very Satisfied”**. On behalf of all our employee-owners, thank you. **Lead time expectations** When asked about their opinion on a reasonable lead time, 6 weeks was the most frequent response, followed by 4 weeks and 5 weeks respectively. **Areas for improvement** Among the positive words and praise, some respondents mentioned a need for additional gasket sizes and quote quantities.
