Our Training wage is $19.20 (includes base rate and COLA). The majority of our jobs are paid on an incentive basis. The more quality product you produce the more you earn.

We have a variety of production jobs available. A majority of our new hires start as Vacation Replacements. Workers in this role get trained in multiple production positions within the plant. One key advantage is that this allows the new worker to find the position that best suits their natural abilities and where they can earn the highest wages.

Yes, we do the drug screening that the State of Ohio requires. The State required testing includes marijuana.  While the State has legalized marijuana they still prohibit us from hiring someone who tests positive for marijuana.

2^nd shift is from 3 P.M. to 11 P.M.

3^rd shift is from 11 P.M. to 7 A.M.

1^st shift is from 7 A.M. to 3 P.M. – 1^st shift openings are rarely available to new hires.

We prefer those who have a diploma/GED. Those we have hired who don’t have a diploma or GED have committed to a process where they will obtain their GED.

Experience working in manufacturing is beneficial, but we do hire people who have never worked in manufacturing before. In general, employees who are successful have the ability to mentally focus on the task at hand and are capable of meeting the physical demands of the job.
