GRAND RIVER RUBBER & PLASTICS ACQUIRES LATHE CUT GASKET AND SEAL DIVISION OF ASC ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS
Ashtabula, OH, March 16, 2023 – Grand River Rubber and Plastics, a 100 percent employee owned lathe cut washers, tubular gaskets, flat drive belts and wastewater treatment membrane manufacturer in Ashtabula, Ohio, has acquired the lathe cut gasket and seal division of ASC Engineered Solutions, LLC (dba Ashtabula Rubber Company). Teams at both companies are already working together and a target date of July 1st, 2023 is set for all orders to be produced and shipped out of Grand River Rubber’s facility in Ashtabula, Ohio.
